Dispatch advised the driver was believed to be impaired, had reportedly struck multiple vehicles, and was attempting to leave the area. When officers located the involved vehicle nearby, the encounter quickly escalated as they attempted to investigate the crash and determine what happened. According to the police report, the woman later refused breath testing after implied consent was read. Officers reported multiple instances of resistance during the arrest process, including repeated attempts to kick and strike officers. Charges Listed (Per Police Report / Court Records) • DUI involving property damage • Refusal to submit to DUI testing • Driving while license suspended (third or subsequent) • Battery on a law enforcement officer (3 counts) • Resisting without violence Court Update (As of Now) Court records show bond was set across the case for a combined total of $17,000.
