A quiet Anchorage neighborhood becomes the center of a federal manhunt when Mindy Schloss vanishes without a trace. While her friends hold out hope, the discovery of a disguised man using her bank card at 4:00 a.m. signals a much darker reality. This documentary follows the joint efforts of the Anchorage Police and the FBI as they utilize forensic canine units to bridge the gap between a missing person case and a cold-blooded killer. After escaping justice for a previous murder, Joshua Wade kidnapped and executed his neighbor Mindy Schloss for her ATM card, only to be caught by FBI scent dogs and a high-stakes SWAT standoff.
