A routine welfare check on a stopped van in Palm Coast, Florida turns into a DUI arrest when the driver — visibly impaired — launches into a rambling, disjointed story instead of answering the deputy's questions. Over several minutes she tells the deputies she was "raised by the finest," describes her late father as an FBI agent, criminal attorney, and "a protector of all that is safe and good," and claims she's in the middle of "psychological testing" and a custody dispute. When asked simple questions — where she's coming from, where she's headed — her answers don't add up. She admits she'd been drinking and identifies as a "recovered alcoholic," then agrees to field sobriety exercises. What follows is the horizontal gaze nystagmus (pen) test, the walk-and-turn, and the one-leg stand — each one falling apart as she struggles to follow instructions, starts before she's told to, and repeatedly insists, "You have no idea who you're dealing with. I'm not a criminal." Deputies place her under arrest for DUI. As they explain her property and the tow, the encounter turns personal — "I think you both are assholes… I'm not the threat, the rest of the world is" — before she breaks down crying and screaming in the back of the patrol car. ⏱️ Timestamps 0:00 The stop and "what's going on?" 0:24 "I was raised by the finest… FBI" 2:50 "Did you have anything to drink today?" 3:03 "Recovered alcoholic… my dad was the love of my life" 4:45 Field sobriety exercises begin 6:55 Walk-and-turn 9:43 One-leg stand 10:48 Placed under arrest for DUI 11:14 "You're both lonely and nasty" 12:23 The breakdown ⚠️ This video is shared for educational and public-awareness purposes.
