The individual was actively inhaling a goo-like substance from the bottle in plain view. Officers also observed multiple open tubes of shoe repair adhesive scattered around the area. During their interaction with the individual, officers noted several indicators of impairment, including slurred speech, delayed responses, and droopy eyes. The male was taken into custody and arrested for inhalation of a harmful chemical. This body camera footage documents the officer’s observations, investigation, and arrest as the incident unfolded.
