On October 1, 2023, Clermont County Sheriff's Deputy Pham observed a vehicle traveling with a blown-out tire. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and when the 24-year-old driver was asked how much she had to drink, she responded with "a lot". She later clarified that she had consumed 8 or 9 alcoholic beverages. She then admitted that she had been arrested for DUI when she was only 20-years-old. She refused to perform standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Ohio State Police barracks, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.244% BAC. She was taken to the Clermont County Jail, where she spent the night. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
