Attn YouTube screener: this video was made for educational purposes to demonstrate that law enforcement agencies are filled with examples of police abuse of power. The footage you see was taken from a news broadcast and we've blurred out any questionable material at the beginning of the video and overlayed the blur with text in the first 20 seconds. But the people must be allowed to see what happens sometimes when a "suspect" is in full compliance and has surrendered completely. They also need to see how some commissions respond, in spite of the law enforcement violation. 🔴 Grab a SHIRT: https://HighImpactFlix.myspreadshop.com Become a Channel member: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTSYXSwbauRs79G1skOCzIw/join Support the channel: ⭐ Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/highimpactflix ✅ CashApp: https://cash.app/$HighImpactDonate ☕️ Buy me a coffee or two: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/HighImpactFlix ⭐ SubscribeStar: https://www.subscribestar.com/highimpactflix 📬 Snail Mail: P.O.
