On June 15th, 2022, officers responded to reports of a man camping on private property and found Brett, who seemed ready to pack up without trouble — until a surprise guest, Gretchen, emerged from the tent. When questioned about a warrant, she bolted, turning the quiet woods into chaos. After a brief struggle, both were detained, but Gretchen’s defiance continued at the jail as she pretended to pass out to avoid consequences. Eventually, her act faded, and reality caught up — she was charged with resisting arrest and a felony probation violation.
