On December 24th, 2022, officers in Florida were called to a neighborhood gathering after a report about an intoxicated woman at the event. The woman was reportedly attempting to leave in her vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Officers found the suspect inside her vehicle, which was turned off. Her behavior was erratic, marked by slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and the use of loud and inappropriate language. The situation escalated when the suspect refused to cooperate with law enforcement and attendees who were attempting to prevent her from driving. The suspect’s friend had earlier taken the precaution of taking the suspect's car keys and calling her sister. The suspect's sister arrived to take her home, but escalated to a physical altercation. The suspect pushed her sister and an officer who attempted to intervene and de-escalate the situation. The officers placed the suspect under arrest and placed her into a patrol vehicle. The suspect was charged with Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, Simple Battery (Domestic), and Disorderly Intoxication. #police #bodycam #cops ~~~ ** Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
