Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: On July 7, 2025, around 5:30 p.m., Officer Andrew Myers patrolled near N Olden Avenue and Princeton Avenue in Ewing Township. He saw a two-car crash. He stepped out of his patrol car. First, he talked to the driver of a black 2021 Honda HR-V. She was 22-year-old Christina. Next, he checked on the 74-year-old driver of a gray 2012 Toyota Camry. Christina had rear-ended him. Paramedics took the older driver to the hospital for checks. Officer Myers went back to Christina. He smelled alcohol. He saw signs she was impaired. She said no, she had not drunk any. She was just delivering food for DoorDash. The cops suspected she was drunk. They asked her to do field sobriety tests. Myers began with the Walk and Turn. Christina missed heel-to-toe touches. She turned wrong. She took the wrong number of steps. Next came One Leg Stand. She did not lift her foot right. She dropped it too soon. Last was Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus. The crash, booze smell, and bad tests led Myers to arrest her for DUI. In a search of her car, Officer Graham found a flask that looked like it held wine. They impounded the Honda for 12 hours under John's Law. Myers drove Christina to the Ewing police station. There, they read her the standard statement for drivers. She agreed to give breath samples at first. But Officer Djemilev ran the Alcotest. She could not blow enough. So they charged her with refusal. After processing, her mom signed a liability form. They let Christina go home with her until court. Cops gave her these tickets: Driving under the influence (39:4-50) Refusal to give breath (39:4-50.2) On October 29, 2025, Christina pled guilty to DUI. She served 12 hours at an drunk driver center. She installed an ignition interlock for three months. She paid $383 in fines. The refusal charge got dropped in the deal. Records show past trouble too. On May 15, 2024, she got cited for careless driving and fleeing an accident with damage in Hightstown, New Jersey.
