We’re back in Kansas, for our sovcit that’s actually in the military! At his last hearing, he was arrested for contempt. Then, refused to fingerprint or photograph and took a week before the judge allowed him bail and the military put a hold on him. However, the police watched him drive to court and when he was arrested, they had to tow and inventory his car. Turns out, bad plate and no registration. Two more charges added to his “no insurance” charge, he was already in court for! But, this time… he bailed out of jail AND Kansas! They get word that he’s in North Carolina for a sudden surgery for spinal stenosis, which usually takes years before surgery is an option. Why not bring this up to the court??? Mr. Dean, the prosecutor, has questions .. as does the judge.
