A woman had shoplifted at Target on 2105 Route 35. He headed to the loss prevention office. There he met Jaclyn Colaizzo, the suspect. Store staff said she tried to walk out with unpaid pillows and CeraVe cream. She skipped self-checkout. The receipt showed the items cost around $30 with tax. Surveillance video backed it up. The store wanted charges filed. Officers arrested Jaclyn. They cuffed her and put her in the patrol car. Bartolone drove her to the station for processing. She faced shoplifting charges under 2C:20-11B(1). Police released her for court. Records show her March 2 court date. The charge dropped to Unnecessary Noises under Ordinance 341-4.
