On April 23, 2023, Twinsburg Police Officer Bartulovic observed a vehicle cross over the center marked lane lines. The violation was also captured on dash camera. Officer Bartulovic initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was being driven by a 25-year-old woman. The woman denied consuming alcohol several times, but Officer Bartulovic felt her story was not making sense, so she was asked to step out of the vehicle to perform standardized field sobriety tests. After completing the tests, the woman was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Twinsburg police station, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.207% BAC. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
