Police responded to reports of a fight in progress outside a doctor’s office after officers allegedly witnessed a shirtless juvenile actively punching another man on scene. According to the report, officers attempted to stop the fight, but the juvenile allegedly continued acting aggressively and took a fighting stance toward the victim, leading officers to deploy pepper spray to stop the altercation. The victim told police he attempted to walk away from the confrontation, but the suspect allegedly continued following and antagonizing him before throwing punches. The juvenile claimed the dispute stemmed from previous threats and alleged the other man picked up a brick before the fight escalated. During the investigation, officers were also approached regarding a separate altercation involving two women at the same location. Both parties provided conflicting statements about what happened, and no visible injuries were reported. The victim declined to press charges. Juvenile authorities were contacted, and the juvenile involved was issued a court date for disorderly conduct. Real. Raw. Right Here.
