A 911 caller tells dispatch he plans to walk into a local business and shoot everyone inside, escalating the situation before officers even arrive. As negotiators attempt to regain control, the caller refuses to cooperate and suddenly cuts off communication. Moments later, the situation turns violent when he rams a patrol vehicle, forcing officers into a critical response. What starts as a threat quickly becomes a life-or-death encounter captured on dashcam.
