It’s time for his sentencing hearing. And it doesn’t end up like he wanted. Remember, he was sucking the psi interview for the sentencing and insisted he must do over Zoom. Well, after an FTA with the last set date, Judge Schafer has had enough of the delay tactics. He shows up on Zoom, via the Iona County Jail and tries the sovcit script. Not gonna happen! Judge tells the Sheriff Deputy to bring him in court to have the hearing in person. And so it all starts crashing down on Hensley Bey. Charges are: Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Felony felonious assault) Carrying Conceled (Felony) Felony Possession of a Dangerous Weapon (Felony) And he was found GUILTY on ALL Charges, by jury, in the Road Rage incident he caused.
