Arkansas Trooper Brandon Bird (J-21) attempts to stop a pickup for speeding at 89mph. The driver fails to yield and a pursuit ensues. While turning onto a side road J-21 attempts to perform a PIT/ TVI maneuver on the suspect. This was unsuccessful and the vehicle continued, eventually on a dirt road where Trooper Bird terminated the pursuit for his own safety.
