#arrest #police #bodycam #dui On April 10, 2021 a car was observed driving without illuminated headlights or tail lights at night. The vehicle made a right-hand turn, leaving the roadway and driving over the curb and sidewalk. Upon approaching the driver, the officer noticed she had bloodshot, watery, droopy eyes, and a dazed, blank expression on her face. The odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected on her breath, and she was unsteady on her feet, speaking with slurred, mumbled speech. The driver refused to participate in field sobriety tests, leading to her arrest for driving under the influence. BAC: REFUSED Court sentence can be found at the end of the video.
