On February 3, 2025, officers responded to a restaurant regarding a disturbance involving an intoxicated male refusing to leave. Upon making contact, the suspect was uncooperative and refused to provide identification or vacate the premises. When officers issued a final warning to leave, the suspect stood up and physically confronted one of the officers, resulting in a physical struggle. As officers took the suspect to the ground to effect the arrest, the suspect's parents intervened, arguing that his behavior was the result of medical issues, including epilepsy and high blood pressure, rather than intoxication. Despite their protests and explanations about his lack of medication, the suspect was taken into custody. He was subsequently charged with Disorderly Conduct and Battery.
