The driver was taken for a medical evaluation, cleared, and then arrested on charges of DWI, 2 counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, and 1 count of criminal mischief. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide.
