Deputy Deploys Taser on Trespasser Who Refuses Arrest On June 12th, 2026, a deputy with the Polk County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a business after a report of a man coming onto the property and taking photos of all their cars and other equipment. The deputy then went to the wrong address and unknowingly talked to the suspect he was searching for. He was then transported to the Polk County Jail, where he was booked and charged with trespassing, harassment of a public official or employee, and interference with official acts.
