Police respond outside a local club after receiving reports that a college student may have been driving under the influence following a night out. What begins as a routine conversation quickly develops into a full DUI investigation as officers question the young woman and evaluate her behavior. During the encounter, the officer conducts a series of field sobriety tests to determine whether she may be impaired. Although the young woman completes the tests, the officer remains unconvinced that she is sober and continues evaluating the circumstances surrounding the traffic stop. Ultimately, the officer determines there is enough evidence to move forward, and the young woman is charged with DUI.
