🚨 Multi-State Search Ends in Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting – September 6, 2024 A red Range Rover driven by Ryan Phillips was spotted by Missouri State Troopers on Interstate 44, triggering a brief, but deadly, pursuit in St. Louis County. Phillips was wanted in connection to a missing persons case out of Princeton, Texas, involving his ex-girlfriend Delisha “DeDe” Evans, a mother of two. The chase ended in Affton, Missouri, near South Rock Hill Road and Pardee Road, where the SUV overturned. Phillips allegedly pointed a firearm at troopers, prompting officers to open fire. Both Phillips and Evans were pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators later confirmed that Evans was already deceased before the crash, raising chilling questions about the timeline. Her daughter believes Evans was killed the day prior and that Phillips had lied to her face. Phillips had a violent criminal history, including a 2018 guilty plea for shooting at St. Louis police officers. He was released from prison in 2021 after serving time.
