Bodycam footage shows the moments surrounding an intense drunk-driving crash that left an entire block in New Jersey without power on March 5, 2023. Long Branch police said Lucia Silva admitted to having two drinks before crashing into a power line, yanking the pole out of the ground. Silva couldn’t remember her phone number and officers had a tough time communicating with her as she only spoke Portuguese. She was booked for multiple charges and later pleaded guilty to operating under the influence and driving with an expired license. Watch the chaos unfold on this episode of Law&Crime BodyCam.
