Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 9:42 PM on May 4, 2025, Officers Xavier Riley and Bobby Watford went to a park at 1582 Neptune Terrace. People reported that someone was using a baseball bat to knock over trash cans. When the police arrived at 1:04 AM, a woman in a 2011 Nissan tried to drive away. Officers stopped her and identified the driver as 20-year-old Kaylis Sadler. The officers noticed Kaylis had bloodshot eyes and seemed impaired. Officer Lowe also saw a porta potty that looked like it had been knocked over and stood back up. Kaylis admitted she had smoked earlier that night. Once Officer Jason Judice arrived, he asked Kaylis to step out of the car for sobriety tests. Kaylis took the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test first. Next, she tried the Walk and Turn test. She failed this one because she did not touch heel-to-toe and turned the wrong way. She also failed the One Leg Stand test by ignoring instructions. Police arrested Kaylis for DWI. They based this on witness reports, the smell of alcohol, her own words, and her poor test results. A search of her car found an open bottle of Bacardi. Officers impounded the car for 12 hours under John's Law. Officer Riley then took Kaylis to the Vineland Police Department. She later went to the Franklin Township Police Department for an Alcotest. The test showed a BAC of 0.11%. After the test, she went back to the Vineland station. She was released to a sober adult after signing a liability form. Officer Riley gave her tickets for DWI, underage DWI, reckless driving, and having an open container. On July 2, 2025, Kaylis pleaded guilty to DWI in Vineland City Municipal Court. She had to use an ignition interlock device for seven months and spend 12 hours at a driver resource center. She paid 690 dollars in fines.
