An officer coming down the bridge on US-1 watched a driver sit through a green light with no traffic anywhere around her, pull out in front of an oncoming car, ride the center line, then stop dead at a second green light. She told him she was heading home — she was driving the opposite direction. She said she hadn't had anything to drink. Officers said she reeked of alcohol. What follows is a roadside sobriety investigation that neither the driver nor the officers seem able to make sense of, a vehicle search that turns up rolled cash and an empty prescription bottle, and an officer on camera saying the words that sum up the entire night: "This whole stop was weird."
