Deputies with the Flagler County Sheriff's Office respond to a disturbance call and find a man in the middle of an unhinged rant — cursing out both officers, invoking freedom of speech, and refusing to explain what happened. As the confrontation escalates, deputies learn his toddler daughter was inside during the incident, and it's alleged he slammed her legs in a door while agitated. He's detained for aggravated child neglect.
