On September 13, 2024, officers responded to a local business following a report of an unwanted subject screaming at customers and acting irate. Upon arrival, the bartender requested the woman be removed from the property for causing a disturbance. When officers attempted to speak with the subject, she refused to identify herself, became extremely agitated, and began shouting slurs and profanities while balling her fists and advancing toward law enforcement. Despite receiving over eleven lawful commands to leave the property, she refused to comply. After being informed she was under arrest, she resisted by pulling her arms away, pushing her weight against officers, and dropping her body toward the ground in an attempt to defeat the arrest. Officers were eventually able to secure her and place her into a patrol vehicle, though she continued to scream and use vulgar language. During processing, she slammed her fists on a bench and threatened officers, stating, "Take the cuffs off and I'll fuck you both up". She was charged with Criminal Trespass to Real Property and Resisting a Peace Officer.
