Burlington police officers receive a 911 report of a possible subject with a weapon. Police officers arrive on scene and determine there is no weapon. It was a torch mistaken as a firearm. During the course of the investigation, officers discover a man has a multiple warrants for his arrest. Officers were unable to book due to an incident at the jail.
