A Florida man was arrested after an alleged drunken incident at a Walgreens in Palm Beach County. Police took Eduardo Ortiz into custody after witnesses said he tried to pick up a prescription medication while intoxicated. Witnesses said that after Ortiz was refused service he swiped a 4-pack of beers from a refrigerator before heading out of the store without paying.
