The following is a summary of an officer involved shooting involving two members of the Portland Police Bureau and two officers from other agencies, the US Marshall Service and the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office. Unedited footage from the Portland officer's body-worn cameras is included after the summary. Body warned cameras are used by all Portland officers assigned to patrol and most specialty units. They are worn at mid torso and capture the line of sight from that perspective.
