Occ: 12-29-09 @ 7:10 p.m. Suspect entered the gas station and threw an incendiary device at the cashier, who was behind glass. This may be related to a 2007 incident where several juveniles entered the gas station and caused damage to the store and took property. One of the juveniles was arrested at that time, but a second suspect wasnt arrested until December 2009. The December 29 incident is possibly retaliation for the recent arrest. Investigators believe the suspect may be an associate of juveniles who were arrested. Suspect: B/M, 18-21-years-old, short, stocky, wearing black shoes, jeans and a mask.
