Officers located Rose in a wooded area, at approximately 9:10 p.m., on Elizabeth Avenue in Manchester Township. Officers attempted to negotiate with Rose to surrender the weapon. Their repeated requests to drop the weapon were unsuccessful. Manchester Police Officers Nicholas Greenwood and Michael Anderson discharged their firearms, striking Rose. Authorities recovered a firearm near Rose. That weapon was identified in the police document as a BCM4 rifle, which is an AR-15 semi-automatic gun. Rose was later pronounced deceased. Rose was married to Melissa Rose, who has been a detective in the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office since 2005. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Jerry Sonnal - 'Brantheman455' - 'Brother.Legal' - Zak Bennett - Jeff Short - 'walleye truth2power' - Spencer Scott - RayJayOB - Sean Sheldon - Marvin Tobar - Lee Roberts - 'Mr. Unknown' - 'iqtester.org' - 'Skydog' - jaden - Jesse - Sabrina Bewey - Kelly Goodwin - 'Jun' - 'Xenik' - 'Rom' - kyle McBurnett - 'Fishy Tuna' - 'GotsNoGroove Cheryl' - 'CombatKid' - Exus Altimus - 'Dawesenm' - Paul Rohrbaugh - 'Krazy KZ' - Koby Bland - Christopher Payne - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'JTrip' - Brant Eaton - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/PoliceActivity Follow us on X: https://x.com/Police_Activity - Links to the Best Dash Cams you can buy.
