The at-fault driver was a 37-year-old woman who has been featured on the channel before. In September 2024, she was found driving with a breath alcohol level of 0.402% BAC. For this video, she appeared equally drunk. Unfortunately, she was taken by ambulance to an emergency room. A blood warrant was obtained, but her level of intoxicated was not revealed. Interestingly, the police report indicates that Kia Motors repossessed her uninsured crashed vehicle because she was not making payments on it.
