See Her First Arrest Here: https://youtu.be/pVI0Lhx3IgM On October 30, 2024, the Pullman Police Department received a call from a 20-year-old woman who was seeking assistance in getting home after her vehicle sustained two flat tires. Officer Stalnaker arrived on scene and the police report indicates that she could immediately smell alcohol coming from the vehicle. The driver could not explain how she got the flat tires, but she admitted to consuming alcohol earlier in the evening. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests, which she refused. She was also asked to submit to a portable breath test, which she also refused. She was then placed under arrest for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence (DUI). She was transported to the Pullman Police Station, where she revealed a very large bruise on the side of her body. She refused to tell Officer Stalnaker how she received the bruise, but eventually the Pullman Fire Department was called to assess her injury. The woman submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.20% and 0.19% BAC. She was charged with DUI and her case is still open. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
