A BMW X3 led deputies on a high-speed chase on I-4, reaching 113 mph before hitting stop sticks near Orange Camp Road and continuing briefly on two flat tires. The driver, convicted felon Kevin Olivo Rivera of Kissimmee, tossed a handgun during the pursuit, and deputies later recovered the gun, large amounts of drugs, ammunition, and charged him with multiple felony offenses, including armed drug trafficking, aggravated fleeing, and firearm possession by a felon, along with probation violations.
