What should have been a simple traffic stop takes a turn when the driver refuses to hand over his license — even after the officer tells him he's only getting a warning. His passenger tries to convince him to just cooperate, but he refuses. Instead of taking the warning and going on his way, he turns a simple traffic stop into an arrest. Sometimes the easiest way out is simply to do what you're being asked to do. And this one definitely leaves you asking... whose fault is that?
