Middleburg Heights, Ohio -- Police received a call about an erratic driver driving on the wrong side of the road. Police went to search for the vehicle and found it stuck on a ledge between two businesses. Police interviewed the suspect and then performed field sobriety testing. During the tests, the testing officer was corrected multiple times on how to do the test by his FTO. The testing officer was hired in April. The suspect was taken to the station where he blew a .243% BAC. The suspect, later identified as Mr. Tony Myers, was charged with the following: - OVI/DUI (M1) - BAC Over .17 (M1) - Failure to control (M4) He has plead not guilty on all charges, acquired an attorney, demanded a jury trial, and a pre-trial is scheduled for December 2nd.
