Middleburg Heights, Ohio -- Police received multiple calls about a white van driving erratically. Police stopped the van and made contact with the operator. The operator was asked to stop out of the vehicle but the driver door was malfunctioning so police had to have him exit through the passenger side door. The operator could barely stand and when police tried to perform tests, they just gave up and arrested him. The operator, later identified as James Dolan, was charged with the following: - OVI - BAC over .17% - Driving Under Suspension The BAC over .17% was dismissed and he was found guilty on the rest of the charges. He was given 6 points on his license and had to pay around $755. While he claims his family owns the Indians (now Guardians), the Dolan family does in fact own the Guardians and the New York Knicks. I'm unable to find any connection to the two individual owners for each team. ⚠️ Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. 149.43) All suspects featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law ⚠️
