During the investigation, the police arrested a 49-year-old female, Heather Pedicini of Woodside, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. The police also arrested a 44-year-old male, Feruze Khan of Queens, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Khan was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bergen County, NJ in the amount of $233.00.
