Deputies respond to a single-vehicle crash after a BMW is found deep in the woods. The young driver is initially emotional as officers begin investigating how the vehicle left the roadway. As the encounter continues, the woman’s demeanor shifts. She refuses to perform field sobriety exercises unless a friend arrives, which deputies interpret as a refusal. She is subsequently arrested on suspicion of DUI.
