This video shows a woman in Athens, Georgia running around non-stop & not complying with the lead officer's commands. She even hit her own mother over a trivial argument. Even though the mom doesn't want to press charges, the state is required to. The lady continues to act erratically through the whole interaction & is handcuffed & transported to the Clarke County jail.
