A driver reported that she nearly forced their vehicle off the road and later showed a pistol at a stoplight. When officers stopped her, she complied and admitted to briefly displaying the gun but denied pointing it. She claimed it was a reaction to the other driver’s aggressive behavior and a perceived threat. Despite her explanation, officers determined probable cause for assault.
