A suspect in a blue Ford F-150 backed into a parked car and told the victim he was going to turn around, but instead fled the area. A responding officer spotted the vehicle shortly after and initiated a stop. During the encounter, the officer observed slurred speech, watery eyes, and an odor of alcohol coming from the driver. The suspect admitted to drinking, stumbled upon exiting the vehicle, and bluntly stated that he was drunk.
