At 4:35 AM on 07/01/2023, Melissa Collier crashed her car into several parked cars in Point Pleasant. Officers responded and noted the smell of alcohol from her breathe. After putting her through field sobriety, it was determined that she was driving while under the influence and was promptly arrested.
