#news #police #arrest On June 7th, 2021. Two sisters were arrested after a dispute over the price of their manicure and pedicure allegedly ended with a nail salon owner being shot twice. Authorities say the women became unhappy with the cost of their services and started arguing with the 42-year-old salon owner. As the owner tried to push them out of the business, investigators say the 21-year-old woman pulled a gun from her purse and shot him in the chest. But it didn’t end there. Court documents say she walked outside for a few seconds, came back into the salon, and shot the owner again before fleeing. Her 20-year-old sister allegedly drove the getaway vehicle, hitting another car, running multiple stop signs and red lights, and driving recklessly while trying to escape police. The suspected shooter later called authorities and surrendered. Her younger sister has since bonded out of jail, while the 21-year-old remains behind bars on a $60,000 bond. The nail salon owner remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. This is body-cam footage of the events.
