#news #police #arrest #cops Report: On 08/17/2022, Officers were dispatched in reference to a potential family situation. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim, mom. The mom informed the officers that her son, Silas, had threatened to stab her and tried to hit her with a car. The victim said that she had come home from the grocery store and found the water running in the bathroom. She said she told her son, Silas, to turn off the water. The victim said that Silas did not turn off the water and began yelling at her and throwing things around his room and bathroom. The victim's husband, Silas's step dad then stepped in and tried to calm Silias. The mother said that Silas and the step dad continued to argue until the stepdad had to leave to go back to work. The victim said that after the stepdad left, Silas became more agitated and began yelling at her even more. The mother said that Silas threatened her and said that he would stab her. She informed the officer of an instance a couple of weeks ago where Silas had threatened her with a knife. Due to the prior threat, She said she was fearful to stay in the house with Silas. The mother said she ran out the front door and ran towards her neighbors for help. The suspect informed officers that the house had multiple security cameras, inside and out. Officers asked the victim about the cameras and she told me that her husband had access to the cameras and he was on the way home to speak with us. The suspect was taken into custody (DL, BB) & transported to Jail.
