On July 19, 2025, Pueblo police responded to reports of motorcyclists performing dangerous stunts on Pueblo’s south side. Bodycam footage shows riders popping wheelies, weaving through traffic, and bringing vehicles to a standstill. The DICE unit intervened, pulling one rider from his bike at a red light as others fled. Authorities say such reckless behavior is fueling a rise in fatal crashes, warning that impounded bikes can be held for six months, with all costs charged to the rider.
