Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At about 12:26 a.m. on June 15, 2025, Patrolman Henri Zilliox from the Lambertville Police Department cruised his route. He spotted a white 2021 Acura RDX flying at 47 mph in a 25 mph zone on Route 165 near Mount Hope Street. He swung into a U-turn. His emergency lights flashed as he pulled the car over. The driver stopped on South Main Street by the Riverwalk complex. Zilliox stepped out and approached. The driver turned out to be 23-year-old Gianna Dina. As Zilliox talked to her, he noticed signs she might be impaired. Patrolman Kevin Bereheiko soon pulled up to help. Gianna told them she had come from a bar in New Hope, Pennsylvania. She confessed to drinking two drinks that night. Suspicious, Zilliox asked her to step out and do some field sobriety tests. First, he had her say the alphabet from A to Z, no singing. She did it twice. Next came the one-leg stand. Gianna didn't lift her foot right. She put it down too soon. Then she tried the walk-and-turn test. She missed heel-to-toe steps. Her turn was off. Her arms swung out instead of staying down. Sergeant Michael Gramlich handled the last one, the horizontal gaze nystagmus test. He saw all six signs of impairment. Her fast driving, the alcohol admission, and the failed tests led to her arrest for driving under the influence. Officers took her to the Lambertville station for processing. Her friend told Gramlich they had been at a bar over the Delaware River in New Hope. Gramlich drove the friend to the station too. She waited in the lobby. The car got towed and held for 12 hours under John's Law. At the station, they read Gianna the standard statement for drivers. She agreed to give breath samples. The Alcotest showed 0.144% blood alcohol. That's almost twice the 0.08% limit. Once done, they released her to a sober adult. She would face court later. She signed the liability warning for it.
