A routine traffic stop takes a turn when the driver refuses to provide his license and becomes increasingly argumentative with deputies. Things escalate when he attempts to drive away, prompting deputies to draw their firearms. The driver isn't exactly thrilled about that, and what follows is a physical struggle beside the vehicle. Sometimes refusing to cooperate turns a simple traffic stop into something much bigger. Whose fault is that?
