His own wife called police to report him potentially drinking and driving — and gave officers his truck description. Officers found the husband pulling into his own driveway. He admitted to drinking, had alcohol in his truck, but refused to finish the field sobriety testing. He later refused a breath test — saying he knew he'd blow over .08 — and refused a blood draw even after a warrant was granted.
